*Includes existing 1st & 2nd loans and any prior loan if refinanced within the last 2 years.
There are no additional, or hidden fees that are charged to you directly. For attorney appoints within 5 miles of my office, I will attend all appointments. For appointments out side the 5 mile limit, I will join the attorney and you in a conference call.
Attorneys (Expert Case Consultant)
Proceedings $250. Per Hour 2 Hour Min.
Mileage: ¢ .78 per mile round trip

Attorney's
I do not provide consultation services unless I have examined the client's documents first.
Note: Loan Modifications are negotiated through one of our Attorneys and are paid separately. These fees usually run between $1200 to $1600. Should violations of law be discovered in your loan documents, the attorney(s) will decide the appropriate course of action. You may or may not be required to pay an upfront Attorney's retainer fee.
Disclosure
I do not receive any compensation, nor do I solicit for any compensation from any Attorney for referral of loan modification or legal action. If legal action is appropriate in your case, I will set the Attorney appointment for you, and assist you in presenting your case to the Attorney at no extra charge. I will however earn a fee as an Attorney's Expert Case Consultant contingent upon a winning law suit.
