      Thank you for visiting this page. If you are an attorney interested in working with my clients, I'm equally interested in what you might have to offer them. I'm looking for an aggressive attorney who will represent my clients in the utmost capacity. This means in a lot of cases, immediate action to save their homes from foreclosure. I provide you with the summary of my investigation which references the laws and regulations which I believe have been violated, and the supporting exhibits thereof.

      Many of my clients are distressed homeowners who have already made the decision, they want to keep their home. Foreclosure, short sale, or relinquishing their home in any manner what-so-ever is not an option. Some of these homeowners are referred to me by concerning real estate agents who want to help them, and with out compensation. Indeed, I've had real estate agents collect the client's documents, drop them off at my office along with the examination check and plead with me to help these families. In other cases whereby a real estate agent has a short sale listing that's about to foreclose, brings in the documents for me to examine in hopes that we can stop the foreclosure and leverage the lender into accepting a short sale offer. My success rate in this endeavor has been 100% but not without the help of a strong attorney who uses my discoveries to negotiate with the lender.

      My clients come from many sources including referrals from past clients that I've helped but they all have something in common, they need a team of professionals to help them in one way or the other. Whether it be a law suit, loan modification, or a short sale extension, it takes you and I as a team to achieve the client's goal.

      My fees for the document examination is $360 and is paid in advance. I collect no other fees regardless how complicated or extensive my examination gets. I do not accept any form of compensation from attorneys in respect to our business relationship other than document examination requested by the attorney which also must be paid in advance, or actual costs and out of pocket expenses in relation to court appearances. In the case of a successful law suite, or any type of out of court settlement, I will earn fees as an "Expert Case Consultant", and those fees must be paid by the defendant only, not our plaintiff client.  I am not for hire as an "Expert Witness" or "Expert Consultant" under any circumstance. I am an "Expert Case Consultant" and assist you in the representation of our mutual client's case for whom I have examined the documents pertinent to that case.

      My geographical boundaries for court appearances are limited to the Bay Area Counties. For court appearances requiring consecutive days in Counties other than the Bay Area Counties, accommodations must be booked in advance by the attorney beginning the night before the first court day and ending the morning after the last court day, if known.

      My expectations of you is to act promptly, professionally, and competently in the best interest of the client, and keeping in mind their individual goals. I will provide you with the evidence you need to represent the client in the utmost of your ability. I demand that you be fair and reasonable with respect to up front attorney's fees, and in cases where attorneys fees can be contingent, only the court filing fees should be charged to the client. I will be available by conference call for the first meetings with a client, at no charge
